Mahavitaran — Electricity bill complaint

My Last Month and this month Electricity Reading is too high. Also, We have compared the previous and now but now it's double the wrong reading. Previous month and before last month's whole full year or last year consumption of electricity is normally we got 300 to 400 but from last month suddenly we started getting a double reading and double amount of the bill. How's this possible? Also, we went to the office to complain about this problem but their employee is a government employee so as we know one helped. I told him the problem but he is avoiding and said it is a correct bill you have used this reading but I was, again and again, telling him but didn't listen so I Asked him to please change the meter something problem in this meter but he just said nothing in this wrong so you go don't waste our time. so refused to proceed with our complaint and change the meter...Our Previous consumption Of Bill Is 300 and a maximum of 470 but I got 610 and this month 710. How is this possible.
I want to change my meter due to the wrong reading. He didn't take any action. HIs Name is Chavhan From Sinhgad road Pune Madhukosh society. Prayeja city Road.
Even he didn't send any employee to check if it correct or wrong suddenly said no and went to their chair. Even I haven't expected more because of the Government area in this process so I already knew but what should I do then.
