I have purchased fastag from icici bank on line on dr.23/11/2019. The tag cus. Id is 11552254. Till to day it is not delivered to me. Icould not travel smoothly & also i will be charged double after 15/12/19 even though i have already paid to purchase fastag 15 days in advance.
The nhai ministry mr gadkari should resolve silly problems prior to implimentation.
The bank does not answer properly and public is finally suffers.
The bank has already written on the payment slip that it will reach to you by. Eight days. If not received who is responsible for the same i. E. For double charged to be paid.
