I booked two tickets for 15 September 2021 from Delhi to Katra by a agency Maheshwaram travels, but because of a train accident happened between kanpur and new delhi at near Dibyapur station our train rout changed and we reached late at Delhi station so we missed the bus.. but we talked with owner Mohit And Vishal Kumar Mishra about this rail accidental case.. they told me that we managed a bus for you in the next day morning at same price. But in next day morning they taken money for new booking and make us fool

Agreed I became the victim of the same yesterday only. Vishal Mishra's behaviour at the time of refunding the amount was ridiculous. He is very ill mannered. Such companies should be shut down with heavy penalty.
