Fraud company. They reschedule the time of the bus at end moment and didn't refund the amount. A guy named Vishal Mishra collects the ticket amount and at the time of claiming the refund his behaviour is ridiculous and very ill mannerd and rude. Give me my ticket amount back as soon as possible. Such companies should be shut down and should not be allowed to prevail their fraud services.

I booked two tickets for 15 September 2021 from Delhi to Katra by a agency Maheshwaram travels, but because of a train accident happened between kanpur and new delhi at near Dibyapur station our train rout changed and we reached late at Delhi station so we missed the bus.. but we talked with owner Mohit And Vishal Kumar Mishra about this rail accidental case.. they told me that we managed a bus for you in the next day morning at same price. But in next day morning they taken money for new booking and make us fool

Hi Team,
My Name is Sanjay Kumar Mall and I had booked my ticket(Sleeper) by PAYTM in Maheshwaram Travels bus services from gorakhpur to Delhi on 19-march-2017.
tkt had successfully booked for 19-mar-2017 but when I had reached at my source service they said that bus canceled due to some reasons and they had convince to go by Jagadamba Travel and i had ready to go by Jagadamba.

again he said that sleeper is not available so you would be adjust in sitting and he said that your extra amount will be refund within 2 days then i had agree on that time.

I have communicate to them many time for refund my balance but they are ready to refund my balance.

So I am requesting to you please take a action against him so that they will not do this type to any customers.

This is to bring to your knowledge that i've booked a bus ticket from allahabad to delhi on the 19th of september through in. via.com. i've booked with maheshwaram travels for banaras-delhi volvo sleeper/seat and the chose the designated boarding point at allahabad i. e. indian press chaoraha. the departure time for the same was 10:00pm. after making the payment i've received a confirmation message on my phone number that my tickets are booked and a seat has been allotted to me.

I've reached exactly at the boarding 30mins before the time for departure i. e 9:30pm. i must bring it to your knowledge that i am well acquainted with the area and stood right at the boarding 30mins before the scheduled time of departure of the bus. the pick up time given at my ticket was 10:00pm so i reached the place at 9:30pm. on reaching the boarding point i made a call to the travel agent on +91 [protected]. the person on the phone said that the bus has already left. it was only 9:35pm then but the agent told me that bus has already left from allahabad. i repeatedly called him again to confirm how's that possible because i was standing right there at the boarding point but he argued with same answer. even if they bus reached the boarding point before time and left half an hour early of the departure time, they should have at least intimated with me on my cell phone but no one did. i left the place at 10:45pm in disgust.

I severely grieve by the service provided by maheshwaram travels because the bus didn't actually reach the boarding point at allahabad. i really had a bad experience as i was made to wait almost in the middle of night. i had no place to go by the night and my reaching delhi was very important the next day.

I've paid a grand total of rs.1432. i didn't go a single penny refunded. i wish to get the refund for the same. i did not cancel the ticket at any point of time. the complete details of ticket has been laid down below.
