[Resolved] Mahindra - G3 Motors — Xuv 500 w10 booking | |||
Hi, This is WRT to my booking for White XUV 500 W10 Automatic for which I have made down payment of 13 lacs plus on March 28th 2016 after checking multiple times about the availability. I declined offers from other dealers just because I was commited that this colour (White) and model is available with G3 Motors - Kandivali Mumbai. Now to my utter surprise I have been told that Mahindra has allotted 2015 vehicle towards my booking and i would not get the vehicle as commited. I seriously don’t understand how can this kind of a disastrous commitment be given by dealers. Who is going to take responsibility for this? I booked this in March to get tax benefits and also take advantage of the price. How will you reimburse this loss? During this period, I was getting ready offers from other dealers which I had even informed dealer. But they committed this colour, model and delivery… I need an answer for this from the highest authority at your organization or Mahindra as an organization.. I will surely take this up to necessary public authorities The dealer is offering me other colours. Why should i accept something which i am not interested in? I am also been asked if i could take 2015 vehicle and told that 2016 vehicle is not available anywhere. I personally checked today with other dealer and was surprised to see this in stock and available. Action from Mahindra & Mahindra is expected..
