Dear sir,
This is to inform you that we have repaired our bolero (Ar 02 1085) at authorised mahindra agency sikkim motors, gangtok. But due to non availability of spare parts (Injector). As advised by agency person we have purchased from sona wheels as on 07/02/2018 (Invoice no:- csr18b000700, dated 07/02/2018) and make change parts from the agency (Sikkim motors, gangtok). After few days we have same problem. Then we send the vehicle authorised mahindra agency khokan motors, siliguri. After survey as per agency person we will have to change injector again. Then we are asking to authorised dealers sona wheels siliguri regarding the spare parts warranty through phone. They have told me that warranty not available for any of the spare part of mahindra. As we know all the spare part have under warranty as per company norms.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
