Mahira Homes — Refund amount not being given for Project Mahira homes 63A

We booked two 2BHK in Project Mahira homes 63A (application number 8877 and 8878) and were unsuccessful in the draw which held on March 10, 2021.These people are not refunding my money even after several emails and phone conversations.
I want my money to be refunded asap.
