Mahira homes is a fraud company, even government has also said it on the basis of the documents.

We came to know that they are penalized.

But what is the status of the home buyers.

They have taken approx. 75-80% of the amount but project is dumped.

Please help us. We don't have any clue about this project....

Mahira homes gurus sector 103, we have purchased a unit in 2019 but now no one is responding to numbers or emails. Office is closed. Construction is stopped. They have recieived full payments by saying that they will cancel unit without refunding amound
What should we do. The constr Is stopped since two years. No update no replies from their sides

Mahira 95 has taken 87.5% of money and for my tower construction has not even started. Rest of the towers construction is not even 5%. Their license is cancelled. What will the homebuyers do now? This is a rera approved govt afftrdable housing scheme. What was govt doing when the builder submitted fake documents to govt. Is this not the responsibility of the govt to check documents properly. This is clearly nexus between the govt employees. Who will catch the real culprits in the govt?

Mahira Homes 95 has collected 87.5 % of payments in last Three years.
Construction is hardly 5% done. since last two years no construction at site has raken place.
He is submitting repeatedly forged documents to DTCP.

The owner is son of PANIPAT CONGRESS MLA DINESH CHHOKAR.
MAY BE UNDER HIS FATHER INFLUECE HE IS REPEATEDLY DOING FORGERY.

Mahira homes 95 have made allotments in Dec 2020. They have collected the 75% payment till now. Now they have demanded next 12.5%. But construction at site is hardly 5% done. The construction is not even reached to the basement roof level.
DTCP / HRERA should kindly take not of it and bar the company from demanding payment till the proportionate construction is done.

This is regarding a flat that we bought in Mahira Homes, Sector 68 in 2019. We have spent our all savings and hard earned money on the flat thinking that we will have a home to live by next 4 years. It was expected to be given in Dec, 2021. We have already paid 100% amount and still there is no confirmation whether we will get the flat on not.

We have trusted the government scheme and bought the flat based on that trust itself. We have been to multiple places but no one is ready to hear our voices. Sending you this text with a hope atleast something will be done and we will get flat wherein we have spent our whole life earnings. Hum itni jagah ja chuke hai apni complaints leke but koi kuch karne ko tyar nahi hai, hume nahi pata ki kaun kaun isme mila hua hai. If builder is fraud to use license kese mila aur agar government ne puri verification k bad license diya that to unki mistake ka result general public kyun bhugte. Ek middle class family k liye ghar banana bhut badi baat hoti hai and modi ji pe vishvas krke humne apna paisa lagaya but ab hum sb sadak par dhakke kha rahe hai, hume 2 saal hone wale hai but koi action nahi liya ja raha.

Mahira Homes id good. Some people are posting fake reviews.

We booked two 2BHK in Project Mahira homes 63A Gurgaon with

"Application No.: 01535" and "Applicant Name: Sakhsi",

but were unlucky in the draw which held on March 10, 2021.

These people are not refunding my money even after several emails and phone conversations.

I want my money to be refunded asap. So, please help me to solve this.

Mahira Homes 63a Draw Result Date has been Announced By DTCP Haryana Mahira 63a Draw result Date is 10th March 2021 – 01:00 pm Draw venue – Club Florence, Block E, Sushant Lok 2, Sector 56, Gurugram, Haryana 122002 and refund process needed to be completed in a month time.

Despite of so many follow ups. They are not responding on chats, calls and mails.

We want our registration money back.

With reference to our cancellation request o[censored]nit No 1103 in Tower 2 Application form no M7712 Project Mahira Homes Sec 95 on 30Dec 2020 its already been nearly 6months gone by and Mahira has not refunded back our money as per Govt guidelines.

The only deduction applicable in case of surrender of Flat before commencement of the project is Rs.25000 plus GST as Applicable.

You were supposed to make remittance of the remaining amount from Rs 131000.

No revert to above email and phone calls.
