Mahira Homes — Refund amount not being refunded for Project Mahira homes 63A Gurgaon

We booked two 2BHK in Project Mahira homes 63A Gurgaon with

"Application No.: 01535" and "Applicant Name: Sakhsi",

but were unlucky in the draw which held on March 10, 2021.

These people are not refunding my money even after several emails and phone conversations.

I want my money to be refunded asap. So, please help me to solve this.
