Mahodari Indhan — Leaked cylinder replaced after paying Rs.197/- without receipt

Dear Sir/ Madam
Please be informed that my gas cylinder has leaked yesterday night so I stopped using of same and send it back to dealer today morning named Mahodari Indhan Jhanjharpur district Madhubani Bihar but he first denied to exchange and after several arguments he exchanged our gas cylinder and taken Rs.197/- against leaked 2.5Kg gas also not giving the receipt of same and started nuisance. I don’t have any choice so paid Rs.197/- without receipt or invoice so requesting you to first provide me the invoice of same secondly guide us that is I am liable to paid the leaked gas charges.
