Dear Sir/ Madam
Please be informed that my gas cylinder has leaked yesterday night so I stopped using of same and send it back to dealer today morning named Mahodari Indhan Jhanjharpur district Madhubani Bihar but he first denied to exchange and after several arguments he exchanged our gas cylinder and taken Rs.197/- against leaked 2.5Kg gas also not giving the receipt of same and started nuisance. I don’t have any choice so paid...

My name is Visheshanand Mishra and I am a cosumer of Bharat gas under Jhanjharpur agency named Mahodari indhan. My consumer number is 4454. I have booked for a refill cylinder on dated 14/08/2010 and recieved the refill cashmemo on the same date. But till today I have not recieved the refilled cylinder, which causes a lot of problem for us. Also, I get to know that the end numbers of refilled cylinders have been delivered...
