Total fraud and highly unreliable, engage at your own peril. This agency was paid 19000 on 7th August 2023, on assurance that a domestic will join on 8th August Nobody joined on 8th or 9th, and then the whole of 9th they refuse to pickup the phone or give any assurance, was forced to pay another agency, since it was an emergency. They send me message at 6 30 pm, by then I had made alternative arrangements, since then have been following up for refund, was given assurance of refund after deduction verbally. Sent a mail no reply, message no response, phone they refuse to pick up
They are ethically and morally bankrupt, initially they will do sweet talk and then block you. They have cheated me, have all the whatsapp message and mail to which they did not reply
