They charge 2 months salary of maid as their commission with a promise of replacing the maid as many times but have not sent any maid so far after full payment.
Pathetic service.. highly unprofessional people.
Even after reporting and requesting for replacement for more than 6 months, they do not revert with any options and they just shut us off by not responding to messages or any calls.
There is no office as well to speak to anyone, they operate per their own.
Do not take any services from these people; not trustworthy at all

Agree, similar experience. Cheats are running and representing the agency. Pathetic service!!

The agency is fraud. They charge more ey in advance and then don't respond to your calls at all. don't pay money in advance. Maiditeasy is a highly bogus and fraud agency. If you happen to co sult Ms. Sushmita Pl don't fall for her talk at all. She and her manager Ms. Anupama are cheats. They cheat you of your money and disappear. Pl be cautious Ed.
