I paid madeiteasy for a maid called Sonia on 18th Macrh. As soon as a made the payment they started sharing other profile and then stopped respoding for 2-3 days. This was Velanganni. Then i reached out to HR Chetna and she said i dont know anything please talk to Velanngani who was not respoding . Maids will never keep coming and horrible service.. they told they won't return money even after they fail to provide maid..
They will just provide replacement that too all fake profiles.. no maid will show up on time or continue working.....

The aid agency took 16k from me on Jan 20th but has not provided with any maid. Now, neither are they refunding my amount nor picking up my calls...

The maids provided by them are totally frauds. I had paid maid it easy 25000 for providing a maid. The first maid was supposed to come did not come after taking 15000 advance from me. Maid it easy has not refunded or take any action to it. Second maid came from Mumbai, after paying all the expenses by me. She worked one and left hometown after taking one month advance salary from me. I had to bear her travelling cost as well. Then she came back (again travelling cost paid by me) and fought with me for no reasons and left the same day. In addition she demanded for one more month salary and blackmailed me when my child was with her and I was sitting at office. So I was forced to pay 24000. In totality she worked one month and took three months salary from me. I have complained and maid it easy has taken no action. After that they have provided another maid and she damaged most of the things at that rented house. By that I realised that I cannot rely on maid it easy and they have not refunded any of the money or paid any damages caused by them. Because of maid it easy I lost 1, 40, 000 in three months.

I have registered with maid it easy through a registration process and paid them Rs 2000. It was agreed for arranging for a 24*7 help hailing from North or west bengal. They provided me 2 inappropriate profiles out of which was hailing from Bangalore where I stay and did not wish to pursue her and another one from Pune. After which they are just making me beg to get my money back.

They initially took 1500 from me to start search. Then didn’t share Aadhar card till I gave more money. Then more for profiles from other cities. Then sent a maid who left in two days as she was not well.

Now not refunding.

Maiditeasy promised to provide nanny/maid, and took almost 28k including registration. On 30th September (Sunday )I paid money to them as they promised to send someone by 1st October. No one came, and the agency asked me to sign the contract..also on1st October they told someone will come by 2nd October. No one came, after calling several times they sent someone, but that lady admitted that my location is far from her so she can not work. When I asked for refund Maiditeasy refused to refund the money. In this regards I want to raise complaint .

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, they promised professionalism and expertise, but what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations. It all began with convincing talks from Velankanni, painting a picture of skilled professionals in their team. Trusting their assurances, I paid ₹2000 for screening, only to be met with further deception.

Upon requesting a trial, I was met with resistance. Instead of allowing me to assess the capabilities of their cooks firsthand, I was told to rely on phone conversations—a ludicrous notion when it comes to evaluating culinary skills. The next day, the cook named Rosy arrived, only to deliver burnt dosa, charred roti, inedible mutton, and undercooked tomato thokku. It was beyond disappointing; it was utterly unacceptable.

When I voiced my concerns to HR representative Monika, her dismissive response shattered any hope of resolution. "No one is perfect, " she claimed, as if burnt food was a minor inconvenience. Calls to Velankanni went unanswered, and when I finally reached her, she brushed off my complaints, citing busyness. Monika, equally unhelpful, deemed it inconvenient to address my issues over the phone.

Desperate for a solution, I persisted, eventually reaching Diya, who offered a replacement cook. However, the notion of a replacement was laughable—how could I trust another unqualified individual? When I demanded a refund, I was met with excuses, claiming they had already fulfilled their obligation by sending Rosy.

Prior to payment, I had emphasized the importance of competent cooking for my postpartum needs, but these concerns were disregarded. This company has not only failed to deliver on its promises but has also subjected me to immense stress and disappointment. I implore anyone considering their services to steer clear of this deceitful agency. They prey on trust and exploit vulnerabilities, leaving behind a trail of shattered expectations and regretful customers.

Sushmitha Sena from Maid it easy has been extremely unprofessional in dealing with us. We had requested nanny services. She asked us to pay 2000INR to just get profiles and interviews with them. She initially shared just 1 profile and soon after the interview asked us to pay 29500INR within 45 mins to "hold" the candidate. When we did not pay, she scheduled an interview with 2 more candidates. We liked one profile and in order to block her paid the 29500 service charge. Once the payment was completed, she stopped picking our calls and informed that she is unwell. We are still awaiting signed copy of agreement, payment receipt and Nanny's police verification details.

They are extremely helpful until we pay the advance of 17, 700. They kept sending profiles of maids. Mysteriously, they all sounded exactly the same on the phone. They would agree on a start date and not turn up saying the location is unsuitable or timing is not suitable, even after having discussed these matters at the time of interview. Finally, after I asked for a refund, they sent one 53 year old lady who had no experience in housework at all. I had to help her with everything, even keeping a broom back. After one week I asked for a replacement, and there's no response. Then they say they'll send more fraud profiles of people who don't turn up.

I'm stuck with no maid and lost my money too. Worst maid agency ever.

My experience with this agency has been horrible. They will entertain you and be enthusiastic about supporting you only to get you to pay their registration fee of 1500 + 6 month subscription fee of 17700. When I asked them to connect me with existing customers to get realtime feedback on the maid and their service, they asked me to pay first and only then will they connect with anyone, which defeated the purpose of this ask in the first place.

I was coordinating with 2 people from this agency, and none of them called back despite multiple requests for an urgent maid request in Chennai. 2 maids were selected, the 1st one didn't come because of some personal issue and they didn't have the decency to inform us of the same, and the second one, left in the middle of the work with the main door open without informing and lied to the agency that she had done the work. I had informed them that my brother lives alone there and has an erratic schedule so he will coordinate with her on days to come while giving full pay, and also informed her that my mother visits often but till date, there is no maid that this agency has provided to us, has taken our money and my brother with his poor health is left to fend for himself.

Pls do not take any services from this agency, this is a scam, they don't have any good maids except for folks living in Chennai. Horrible experience, horrible service with 0 accountability on the kind of maids they send your way. Be aware

Maid it easy take advance payment even before maid/cook comes to work.
After 2 days the cook leaves & the staff of maid it easy so taking your calls. Blocked my number also.

20 days of waiting I decided to lodge a compliant with the local police station. When the SI called them, the staff of maid it easy are pushing me to take a replacement. I have already arranged for a cook. I don't want a replacement but want a refund of my money.

Pathetic services being provided by this agency for baby sitting . They charged a registration of Rs 2000 in the pretext of sharing good nanny profiles but shared very limited profiles with salary expectations being extremely high and not as per the market practice. Also, they don't share relevant profiles matching customers requirements. Upon asking for more profiles, they force to select from limited options only. My 2000 has been wasted and want full refund. They have disappeared and are not responding to any of the messages or calls. This is sheer unfair practice and deficiency of service.

They charge 2 months salary of maid as their commission with a promise of replacing the maid as many times but have not sent any maid so far after full payment.

Even after reporting and requesting for replacement for more than 6 months, they do not revert with any options and they just shut us off by not responding to messages or any calls.
There is no office as well to speak to anyone, they operate per their own.

Even after reporting and requesting for replacement for more than 2 weeks, they do not revert with any options and they just shut us off by not responding to messages or any calls.. as there’s no brick and mortar office to catch hold of anyone, they operate per their own whims and fancies.. pls engage with him at your own risk as they might just abscond post the initial commitment and commission payout and will not come to rescue in any case.

I had hired this agency(www.maiditeasy.in) to find a full time stay home domestic help cum care taker for my mother in bangalore. Thier registration charges were 2K and they charges 1.5 month charges as agency fees. i paid in total a 28K+2K to the agency. They provided a maid for 20K who worked for exactly one month and then promised to return but did not return. She neither informed the agency nor us that she would not turn up. The agency said they are unable to locate her and got us a replacement who worked for only 4 days and left on medical emergency. Now they are not responding neither returning my calls. They look to be fraud agency and work and pressurise and bank on ones vulnerability. Needless to say the maid was hopeless and came to bangalore from a remote village of andra only expecting some fun. They claim to be a very good but now i feel cheated as their so called HR does not answer any calls or messages. Its more then a month now of waiting.

Agent shruthi spoke to us and asked us to pay 13k for a babysitter, we paid 13k+1.5 as requested. No babysitter has contacted us so far. Whenever we call shruthi she does not pick up the call after getting money. We raised a concern and ramya from customer support (the no which is posted on their official website)contacted us and she said there is no refund as per their policy and they will have a word with HR and get back to us which never happened. They are not picking up our calls as well.Typical online fraudsters .

Hi this particular Maiditeasy.in is a complete fraud. First they said that I have to pay Rs. 1000 in order to show their profile and later made Rs. 22000/- as an service charge for providing caretaker. and till now they haven't provided any caretaker. They will not receive your calls and blame us as we are not providing water and not allow bathrooms.

This website is doing scan and fraud in the name of home service provider. They take money from customers and never provide the services.
