Maiditeasy.in — Online Frauds .. Neither providing babysitter nor refunding the amount

Agent shruthi spoke to us and asked us to pay 13k for a babysitter, we paid 13k+1.5 as requested. No babysitter has contacted us so far. Whenever we call shruthi she does not pick up the call after getting money. We raised a concern and ramya from customer support (the no which is posted on their official website)contacted us and she said there is no refund as per their policy and they will have a word with HR and get back to us which never happened. They are not picking up our calls as well.Typical online fraudsters .

Similar issue with me. we paid the money and now the customer support is not responding. I only want my refund and get done with them now. It feels like they take advantage of our vulnerability. I do acknowledge that they are not rude this far - but this is no way to behave afte you have recd the money. The way they chase to close the intervew earlier was like crazy. the HR would call me every 2 hrs and ask for an update and the same HR does not answer nor return my messages.

Dear Sir,

We have given many profiles to you and have shared maid's contact numbers too. It's unprofessional if you ask for a refund after taking contact numbers of maids.
