Pathetic service.. highly unprofessional people. They charge 2 months salary of maid as their commission with a promise of replacing the maid as many times as needed in case of any disagreement or any issues. Even after reporting and requesting for replacement for more than 2 weeks, they do not revert with any options and they just shut us off by not responding to messages or any calls.. as there’s no brick and mortar office to catch hold of anyone, they operate per their own whims and fancies.. pls engage with him at your own risk as they might just abscond post the initial commitment and commission payout and will not come to rescue in any case.
