We hired a maid from Maid4U to care for a cancer patient who needed compassionate and gentle care. Instead, they sent staff who was dishonest, completely unqualified, and literally shouted at a weak cancer patient. It was horrifying to watch someone in pain being mistreated like this in their own home.
When we raised this serious issue with Maid4U to get a replacement, they failed to provide anyone suitable and refused to refund our hard-earned money. They take your advance payment promptly, but once you run into issues, there is zero accountability or empathy.
