I registered with maids4u for househelp service by paying 3000/-… later when I went thru their website it was mentioned as 2500/-. Spoke to someone by name of Priyanka, she sent photo of a person and said she is available to take the job of house help (Jaadu, Pocha, etc). Househelp was sent the next day with an auto driver. This auto driver entered into my house along with the help and when I asked him to leave he said I have to pay the money which is one month salary for a full time (8 hours) househelp i.e., 16000/-. Not wanting a stranger male person in my house I immediately transferred (Google paid) 16000/- and he left. After he left I asked this lady the work she knows and her experience, she said she knows house cleaning work. Within a matter of time I had to send her out, since she had no experience and had to give her step by step instruction on sweeping… I expected an experienced person. I called the maids4u agency and told that I did not want their service and to refund my amount.
Tried calling them many times with no response and also sent them an email.
I wrote a review on this website and immediately I get a call threatening that I should take down the review or else they will not refund the amount. Since, I wanted the money I took down the review.

It has been nearly a month and I am still to get the refund- reasons stated by them:

1. Processing time is long since it has to be approved by the head office, so by of the month they will payout
2. Since it is the end of the month they cannot payout, they will pay by 2nd of the month.
3. 2nd of month, they said that they will pay within 5th
4. On 4th, they said they will pay by 5pm
5. 5pm they said they will pay by Saturday.

Same person has different names - Priyanka, Monisha and now Monika.

I want a complete refund including the registration charge which is 3000/- + 16000/ in total 19000/- which I have paid.

Ive transferred 3000 to maid4u on june18th and didnt opt for maid service even for a single day
when asked for refund the team has been saying the money will be refunded for sure
ive been follwing up with them for 4 months now and everytime i call they said will be done in a day or two and that never happened
i got number of the manager mr.siva initially he said he would refund the money in 2-3 days
every time i call him he said he will do the refund the money by eve and now he is not even picking up the calls or responding to messages
ive been tryong to call him 1000000 times now
just a fraud company looting peoples money
please take severe action on Mr.siva and team and the entire company

They collected money from me and don't provide a cook for my house

they don't provide me a refund, and not answering the calls

We approached Maids4U for servant service and paid Rs. 18000/-, but they cheated on us by providing one day maid to take the full payment and then no service. While asking for replacement, they promised but didn't provided after full payment. They are not refunding the money now and avoiding our calls. Please everyone beware and don't give money to these fellows: Priyanka, Srinivas and Shiva; they are all connected but they will behave that they are trying for maids but will not provide. I am going to sue them in consumer forum court.

We approached this company to get full time maid services. They took their fees as advance. The maid came for only 10 days and then left. We have been running after this company to provide replacement but there is no response. From the beginning they are lying. They sent an old maid after lying about her age and told us to try for 7 days post which they confirmed to replace if we dont like.
