Maitreya Group — I want refund of maturity amount

I have invested in maitri group on 5oct2013 my maturity date is 5oct2017 so i want my maturity money back. And as above the paper photo i have paid 3installements rs 12, 000 paid to boisar branch agent and now the branch is closed and where should i be inquiring about the same and submit my documents please help me out with the same. Hoping for ur fast action. Thankyou
