Maitreya Group — not paying the refund

I bought maitreya plotters and struckers policty in october 2010. Maturity date of policy october 201i bought maitreya plotters and struckers policty in march 2010. Maturity date of policy march 2016. But in jan 2015 maitreya shut downs their offices. I've paid all the installment regularly but now company is not giving my money back. Even not providing any information. Even hon. Court has ordered them to repay all customers money.
