I am a frequent user of mmt and plan all of my trips through mmt only but this time i am highly dissatisfied with the kind of response i got from your customer executive and i felt cheated.
I booked my hotel for lansdowne last week and all of sudden tomorrow i got very urgent assignment in bangalore for us project so i cancelled my booking more than 24 hrs prior to my travel date and within 5 mins i called to your customer executive sunanda and discussed about the refund amount she has refused upfront and said you will not get any refund without checking it in the system and then again i requested for the rebook ing so that someone in my family can avail the booking but she refused this also stating that it is not possible now.
I have paid full booking amount of 10000 against this booking id-
Nh[protected]. I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of response i have received from your side. Within 10 min how can hotel book the room. I paid the entire amount and felt cheated.
Please share the compensation of the amount i paid without availing any services.
