Make My Gateway — Promissed Gift NOT received and Payment taken

I, got a call on 21st November 2014, from Make My Gate Way, Ms. Pinky Verma and Rohit Sharma. They committed me that if I pay on the same day, they will provide Sony Xpedia Z2 Tablet, which Market value is Rs. 48000. The same was about to provided as GIFT. He and She Both, also committed as you are regular Holiday movers and lucky in draw. I also pay Rs. 7999 on 21st November 2014 only and still awaiting Gift, which is committed by Make my Gate Way, Representative. Till date, i.e. 21st Feb. 2015, I have NOT receive GIFT. There are numbers of call did, they either not pick-up the calls and if they take than always one Sentence, i.e. "Today we are dispatching".
