Hi Team, Your all hotel vouchers were invalid. where you are claiming that you have booked hotels . but all were cancelled well in advance before my compliant on this portal. I have mails proof from cleartrip and makemytrip.
These hotels were cancelled by you and you sent me mail confirmation mentioning that all these hotels are valid for my trip. all these hotels were cancelled and haven't informed us about the cancellation.
on 1st day when we reached at hotel in the midnight with my wife and small 4 year kid. Hotelier informed us that your booking is not there on their system. we are tired due to our day long travel. we had to find other hotel in the midnight spending out cash from our own pocket. next day when i called clear trip and make my trip we came to know that with this hotel booking all our future bookings were cancelled by you.

For booking Trip Id: [protected] Your booking has cancelled by book.[protected]@gmail.com your registered email id on 07 April 2017 05:33PM and we have processed the refund amt of Rs.1, 190/- on 07 April 2017 05:35PM.
Kindly Please check with your bank statements.

Swapnil is not our direct customer, He is reference of Mehul.
Mehul booked a package from Make My Global Trip but he cancelled package and we refunded also total money.
and Swapnil want to change hotels while hotel change after informed but one day we received call from Swapnil by Mehul mobile and He said, " Dear sir I did not want to change hotel and did not want to complaints against Make My Global Trip but Mehul forced me that change hotel otherwise take refund after complaints.
Make My Global Trip is doing booking and some booking complete like flight, hotels which vouchers are mentioned below.
Swapnil is strayed by Mehul.
am ready to take this complaint down and resolve the same. kindly confirm the said refund amount.
