I booked trip to manali for 1st week of jan, 17. They didn't update us till last moment of trip and when i called them they told that your trip is cancelled as they were not able to arranges buses. They told that full refund would be done. They refunded 60% instantly on paytm and for rest they told that i have to wait till 45 days. I tried calling after 45 days but they just stopped picking my phone.

I have booked darjeeling gangtok tour from make my global trip in feb-17 (1st feb to 9th feb) they promised us to provide good service but we experienced horrible service.

Details of worst services are as under

1) our cab was not booked
2) break fast & dinner not provided

I lost almost all 25k which is need to be recovered from them

Hi team,

I had booked a package to dargeling, pelling, gangtok and kalimpong for 7 days. I had the worst service any company has provided so far.

When i reached bagdogra airport, i was promised, according to my itinerary that i will get swift desire car or similar for my transport, but turned out i got an almost broken without ac sumo which had at least 5 puncture and almost was on the verge of breaking down.

After the hard journey from bagdogra to darjeeling. I see that my rooms were not confirmed in darjeeling. I stood for 2 hours in the cold outside the hotel, but your people started disconnecting my calls. I literally begged the hotel owner to confirm my booking as it was too late and too cold outside. He took pity on me and provided the room. The rooms provided was very bad and difficult for bachelors to stay also, but i had to stay with family having no other option. Even worse, i had booked for map which included both breakfast and dinner. But i never got any breakfast nor dinner throughout my trip for seven days. I had to pay from my pocket even after paying 100% of my package beforehand only.

According to my package toy train ride was supposed to be provided, but the agent riya and gaurav kept on promising she will arrange for it before she started ignoring my calls and later i was forced to pay from my pocket.

Next day morning i was supposed to be taken for sightseeing to tiger hill, but the cab driver asked for 1500 rs as make my global trip had not transferred the taxi guys their money. I was forced to pay again.

We were transferred to pelling again in the worst possible sumo. There i find out that the room was provided, but again, no food arrangements were made. I had to pay from my pocket again.

The fourth day i was transferred to kalingpong even though my litenary stated i am supposed to go to gangtok, as riya had messed up in booking the hotel rooms due to which i had to travel to west bengal to sikkim and again from sikhim to west bengal and back to sikhim wasting almost one and half day in traveling.

In kalingpong again, i was given a room which was the servant quarters for the hotel employees. The normal room was not confirmed so the hotel owner allowed me to stay in the servant quarters. They had no idea i was coming or any booking was made, hence they could not offer any other room. All because riya and gaurav failed to confirm my booking before i reached there even after taking full package amount.

The next day i was shifted to gangtok. The real problem started then. Again, no food arranged. The bonus here was they did not arrange the cab also. They asked me to pay 4000 to the cab driver to take me to natula pass. Even though my package included the cost of the permit and travel to natula. After that when i asked them to refund my money they canceled my taxi service for next three days. I had to make my own arrangements. I have already complained against riya, gaurav and make my global trip making each of you party in sikkim tourism department in mg marg. I have also complained in bengal tourism department in kolkata airport.

Now in bangalore, i will lodge a complaint against your company and make sure i will get justice from consumer court as i had to pay for everything by myself even after booking and paying the full amount in advance.

I will give you twenty-four hours to reply to this email and provide my refunds as per my lawyer's guidance before filing an fir and sending a summons so that i can fight for justice if you fail to reimburse my loss.

I really feel bad that you are running a fraud company and looting innocent tourist. Once the tourist makes a full payment you people vanish without receiving their calls and avoiding them totally after you get the amount in hand.

I will post by worst experience with make my global trip in as many travel websites possible as i don’t want any other tourist to be cheated by you and your company the way i was cheated.

I booked manali trip during may. They included in their package to provide breakfast and dinner in hotel but failed and till the last date saying contacting to higher authority we will pay but last day when we have to check out no one is receiving the call. Bill was charged from us. They promised to provide pass for rohtang but failed and we have to arrange ourself. Package also include a manikaran trip but cab driver says he had not paid for that and not included in his package.

We left dishearted as during whole we are calling them for such things. Disaster services don't book any trip from makemyglobaltrip agency.

I had earlier on 24th of June, 2017 approached the make my global trip for planning a trip on www.makemyglobaltrip.com in this regard a manager from the website by name kritika agarwal. The website people have given me a package to visit ooty and near by places for 3 people and the quotation was Rs. 12, 000/- in all. I was promised before making the payment that the details of the taxi driver and hotel details, transportation and other expenses would be covered. I then made payment to the bank account details provided by you by 4 transactions and the payment was made through Paytm. Your personnel had confirmed that the booking was confirmed. After making the payment when i immediately tried to call the number of the website manager, she was not reachable and she messaged me informing that taxi cannot be arranged and that informed at midnight that I have to reach ooty by myself.
When I demanded an explanation as to how and why the said booking was cancelled there was no explanation given by you. I have been calling you since 25th of this month for taking the refund and the manager had blocked and the number provided on the website is not reachable.
I demand that necessary arrangements may be made for refund of the amount along with damages of Rs. 10, 000 for having cancelled the trip where as you have collected the money in advance and received confirmation and for all the mental agony and suffering in this regard. I demand a reply at the earliest failing which I shall initiate Legal action both civil and criminal and consumer.

Mr. Sanjay from make my global trip called us a day prior the trip start date stating that he was not able to book a cab and asked us to do the same and promised to pay the respective amount to us by 28th may morning..
Also as per our inclusions dinner was the part of our package but there is no dinner available for our clients in the hotel.
The other addition of room decor and candle light setup has also not been done yet..
Since then they are neither of the person from the company is picking the calls, neither replying to whats app message..
Request you to kindly ask make my trip to refund the desired amount.
Amount to be refunded for cab is rs.40000/
Dinner amount has to be redeem as per bills or an average of rs. 1500/ day for 6 pax.. So total amount 40000+9000=rs.49000/

I have booked rajstan tour package of 2n/3d from 02/05/17 to 05/05/17 before not started package he called me daily then 02 may he stoped to received my call any not give me any facilitirs like this not arranged cab, hotel rooms, dinner, breakfast, honemoon decoration etc so i had contact with sanjay sharma (Make my globle trip employe) and he had told me we will refund your package ammount (I have booked package in 17, 526) but till now not come any ammount and not received any call so i have already booked fir in police station and pls never booked any type of package in make my globle trip that is tottaly fraud compny

Make my global trip is a fraud company. I had booked my package of manali trip for 27nights and 8 days and was asked to pay half amount rs.2000. As advance bookin from rs.80000 pkg amount. I had asked them if that amount is refundable if i cancel my booking they said yes and as a proof i asked them to send me it in mail that all my paid money would be refundable if i cancel the trip 3 days prior to departure. I cancelled my trip same day when i paid amount and their after he said me on mail or phone we will refund after 45 days and after 45 days they mail me your amount cheque dispatch and after 20 days i can't to him and they are not reply to me. Now pls any one suggest to what to do. One of cimpany said to me pls complaint in police. So i think it is better way to take action against fraud company so many people benefits it!

Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a holiday package from MakeMy GlobalTrip for 5 nights & 6 days from 9th Feb 2017 to 14th Feb 2017.

The agency promised for best hotel at the time of booking along with dinner arrangements, but when we started the holiday there was cheap hotel booking and no Dinner arrangement. We have to bear all the cost of the dinner.

Also, the agency asked to pay over and above 40, 000 of the tour cost to book hotel of the last day. We were promised that hotel booking will be done before 13th Feb 2016 but instead asked for additional 8, 000 to book a new hotel. We were stranded on the 13th Feb 2017 till 14th Feb 2016 and had to make accommodation by our self.

Upon speaking this type of service the company promised to pay the cost incurred during the stay and hotel expense before 31st March 2017 which I am still following up now there is no answer from them.

This people are no. 1 Fraudsters. They assured they will make your vacation pleasant and relaxing. However, the hotels they booked are worst than the rotten room.
I asked them to cancel hotel room.
They didn't do it. After several reminders follow ups. I lodged a complaint and now they are not even picking my calls.

Agreement was for 46000 and paid in advance 30000 they only booked 3 hotel rooms and flight. Which only cost 20000,

I want to have my remaining 10000 amount back. Pls help me in getting my money back. please.

Make My Global trip is a fraud company. I had booked my package of manali trip for 2 nights and 3 days and was asked to pay half amount Rs.5400 as advance bookin from Rs.10800 pkg amount. I had asked them if that amount is refundable if i cancel my booking they said yes and as a proof i asked them to send me it in mail that all my paid money would be refundable if i cancel the trip 3 days prior to departure. I cancelled my trip about 25 days prior as i found the hotel booking were fake and no booking id provided in that and also the wrong hotels were booked without my knowledge and consent. When i was checking my mails i also found that there are more people involved in this scam as i recieved other pkg frm different people with different address and same company name. I request you to take strict action against the company so all who suffered must get there refund and they could not cheat more people in future. Below are the attached proofs.

Make my global trip travel & tourism company booked the hotel which is not as per the itinerary shared by them with me. They had promised 3 star category properties across locations - Delhi, Manali & Shimla as a part of my Himachal tour package. But, instead booked cheaper/ low grade hotels across the said locations. Their representative, Mr. Rakesh is not agreeing upon providing refunds when asked for cancellations. Also, booked hotels were not confirmed with me before bookings. When escalated to his seniors, Mr. Aakash & Mr. Sanjay, they have assured cancellations of the hotels at above mentioned locations and fresh bookings as per the itinerary. It's been more than 10 days I am trying to get the issue resolved with the said people, but I am not receiving a solution, instead they are asking me to pay more money for better hotels.

I have booked our trip with travel agency 'Make My Global Trip' from New Delhi to Shimla from 25th May to 31st may, 2017 for 5 night and 6 Days. The total decided cost of the trip was 25, 000 INR in which I had to pay 5000 INR for all the booking in advance and rest is at Shimla.

After paying 5000 INR, representatives from the travel agency were insisting me to pay more 5000 INR (Transaction ID mmgt20170322g90268) to start the hotel booking so again I paid more 5000 INR (Transaction ID mmgt20170322g90268) though deal price was only 5000 INR. (NEFT slip attached)

In this package, I wanted to book only those hotels which were shown in package brochure so I took confirmation thrice (verbally, written) from their representative. Though it was confirmed to book Hotel Auckland in Shimla and Hotel Orched Green in Manali, they have booked Hotel AgroStone Cottages without my knowledge. This hotel is not in the category of paid money and very far from the center. The reason was given that booking in the Hotel Auckland is not available while it was available online even after a day (snapshot is attached).

After several time complaint they were ready to refund me with deduction of hotel booking charges. The hotel was booked without my acknowledgement so I am not liable to bear any king of deduction in my money. Now they have stopped to pick up my call and there is no answer from their side

Never book any of your travel with make my global trip, they take advance by giveing decent pacakage and then demand more one day before your trip starts and also dont refund amount if cancelled, and have to call every day for confirmations for next day.we have booked taxi for whole day from march 11 to march 19 2017 but they gave new taxi each day and only for sight seen for half day.They have said no parking charges and toll have to be paid everything is included and when we go for sight seen they demand parking and toll charges exatra from us.

Trip package for Darjeeling and Gangtok for 5N, 6D with 3 star hotel booking.
I was contacted many times (for e.g 10 times at least a day) to pay the booking charges of rs 24800. I paid the amount in full before the trip. After paying the amount, I have called the Executive but he never attended the call to confirm my booking or didnt send any details regarding the cab, etc, I was sent only the hotel booking confirmation that too after calling n no of times. The day before my travel, they called be back to pay extra 5000rs. They told without 5000rs we can book you the cab. Hence i paid the amount.
I was told the below
* 1 Super Deluxe Rooms with complimentary facilities
* Dinner included during the trip and etc.
But actually what happened is
* There was a miscommunication with the CAB providing vendor that i have booked for 4N, 5D trip.
* Hence the trip didnt cover the famous spot called Nathu La Pass & Nuranang Waterfalls
* Even i paid bills for Dinner in Darjeeling.
I called the executive, he told me that extra charges for cab, Dinner, also charges for not covering few spots will be reimbursed after completion of Trip.

Now i am calling daily at-least 5 times a day but he is not even responding to the msg, emails or attending my calls.

Really frustrating. Once the executive attended the call and said he is busy with another customer.
Is this the way how the executives talks to one customer.
I have proofs for all the bills and amount i have paid for.

Main thing is This was my HoneyMoon trip. I was really frustrated to see such an Travel agent and company.

The trip was scheduled for Oct 19th to 23rd 2016. In order to make arrangements for room booking and cab, they asked me to transfer the money through NEFT. After transferring the money, they told me to wait for the booking confirmation mail. But they haven't send any mails regarding the confirmation. On the day of package, they promised to provide all the details. But i have been stranded in roads without any cab details. So i have made arrangement myself for the cab. After heavy discussion regarding rooms, they booked room for two days. Later they failed to book rooms for further days and it leads me to arrange myself again. On finishing the trip, i have mentioned them to refund the remaining money which they agreed upon.

But till date i did not receive any reply for my mails or calls regarding this. Also they blocked my number and refused to answer any regarding the refund.

The package was confirmed as per offer for ac car, 3 star accommodation with all facilities at munnar, ac deluxe house boat at alleppy for 4d/3n in jan 17.
However low quality of hotel booked then mentioned on offer. Told to me continue, the hotel will be changed. No other details of house boat etc provided.
When asked constantly till the date of journey only few times phone received that to only promises.
All of sudden they informed to take the same accommodation and no changes will done. I told that please provide me which has been mentioned and agreed and for which we payed. Again denied and did not pick the call any more.
The height is then when driver stopped the car and asked us to get down on mid way in forest area.
When i called they told that if we are not interested let we come out of car.
In the mid of forest area and on the way...
Then i spoke to the owner of car and shared with him the story. He told me that i am not only the one he found several couples/families had been faced the same thing.
Then either we have to continue with same which low quality they booked for us.
Also the driver was very nusense, irritating and asking extra money again and again.
I managed to handle my situation by alternative arrangement as my family was with me and i was out for holidays. A huge loss and stress we have to face in this tour.
I had immediately wrote to them that i don't want any of your services please cancel the trip and return my money back. Several mails and phone calls i made i did not received any money back.
Now i am warning you all who reads to please don't book any trip from this company it's fraud.

We have booked goa packgae from mumbai.
They told us to pay 50% amount for the booking.we have paid that bt we didnot got any kind of confirmation from them.Pleople from the company is kajal chaudhary, keshav, rahul, Akash, vivek sharma from agra loaction, sanjay sharma .
The worst part they did not provided us the any kind of booking now they are not picking up our when we ask for refund money.

I want to write a complaint on a travel agency by name Make my global trip (MMGT). People in contact from this company are AKASH, VIVEK. I feel the website itself is a scam. Recently we booked our honeymoon trip to Ooty from chennai for 2nights and 3 days (15000/-package) with them and had worst experience. This is completely fraud company. i paid advance of Rs.4060.00 for train tickets on 22/12/2016 and My transaction ID :- MMGT_P_B_9919, but they have not booked the tickets afterwards i said to refund my amount of Rs.4060.00 they said with couple of days they will refund the amount but they didn't, again after Continuous follow ups they said will transfer the amount after 45days but still they haven, t, i have mail and call them number of times but i have not received single reply from them, .now when i am trying to call them all mobiles phones are switch off, when company cannot pay small amount of Rs.4060.00 also then i still wonder how the manage tours, when the agreed to pay back the advance then why they don't pay, after so many followups and reminders, we are helpless.

I want to write a complaint on a travel agency by name Make my global trip (MMGT). People in contact from this company are Keshav, Rahul, Nithin. I feel the website itself is a scam. Recently we booked our honeymoon trip to Ooty from Bangalore for 3 nights and 4 days (1200/-package) with them and had worst experience. This is completely fraud company. Untill I booked the package I got continuous cal forcing me to take the package. I was initially told to make half payment and upon completion of trip the remaining to be paid. But after making half payment the response from the agent was worst, only one side bus tkts and one day hotel was booked after continuous follow up and later they demanded us to make full payment (12000/-) to make hotel and cab bookings for next 3 days. The hotel provided were not satisfactory. Before v started the trip we got our one way bus tkt along with one day hotel details for stay. It was promised that the hotel bookings are in process and booking details will be sent shortly. We started the trip and stayed in booked hotel on day one. Unfortunately bookings for next 3 days stay was not arranged, when we called and asked for details they demanded extra 3000 rs payment. We were left in Ooty with no arrangements from make my global trip. We told that we would raise a cheating complaint against the company but they were least bothered about it. They took complete payment but cheated us without making full arrangements. We made bookings on our own and completed our trip. Our honeymoon trip was totally spoiled, our mind set was completely upset, we couldn't enjoy our trip because of this fraud agency. Many PPL may do their bookings as this agency try to attract you with very cheap packages. Please do not get carried away. If there is someone who can take action please take strict action and close this fraud company which is misleading people. I am demanding my money back for not arranging the other 3 days hotel bookings.

(26729 Rs and advance paid 14 000 RS ) prior to the travel, but no hotel and trip confirmation from company till the last date, hence the trip has been cancelled and mutually agreed.and company agreed to pay back the advance. after some reduction (10528) and asked 45 days time. after 45 days, they requested time till 1st week of January due to demonetisation. till now no response. after so many followups and reminders, we are helpless.
