It was the worst experience ever. I have travelled with a lot of organisers but never seen this kind of mismanagement and customer service. We booked their package for manali for 3days and 2 nights. They took over 20 hours to travel to manali from delhi and almost 21 hours to travel back to delhi from manikaran. They promised to reach back to delhi on monday in the morning but we reached at 9 in the night. The drivers stopped the bus on the way and took a nap for 3 hours. The drivers didn’t listen to us and were rude and abusive. Our hotel was a 4 star hotel but there was no 4 star service. On asking to the staff, they told us that this is what they were paid for by the organisers. They took back our heater and electric kettle which was a part of the room service. It was only the room and the bed that we got for the 4star price. Also, there head cum manager MS. RAVLEEN CHAWLA is a pathetic person. She was not ready to listen to any of our problems and was very rude and abusive. Was this information helpful? |
