Total fraud, The agrees to reimburse my taxi fare because they were not able to arrange it for me and it was included my package, but its been 1 month, she hasnt returned my money back and kept on saying that we dont have money even for basic needs.

It was the worst experience ever. I have travelled with a lot of organisers but never seen this kind of mismanagement and customer service. We booked their package for manali for 3days and 2 nights. They took over 20 hours to travel to manali from delhi and almost 21 hours to travel back to delhi from manikaran. It's a big Fraud company and Ravleen is literally best conman and hypocratic person. We booked the trip for 2 girls and she said big words and all and told me that it will have a girl group of 7-8 but it was all boys n 2 couple. They send one person Chandu as coordinator who was there just to enjoy and he didn't coordinate a single thing in the 4 days trip. I must say this company is one of the few biggest frauds of 21st century, owned by the lady Ravleen Kaur Chawla. They are doing total fraud, poor planning of the tour, frequent delay of the buses, poor accommodation, with no blankets and bon fire, serving of bad quality foods and no sharing of the itinerary etc. We got totally frustrated and felt helpless after payment of the tour. I request everyone that not hire services of fraud and cheat travel agent - "make way trips". They give you false information and commitment and after taking money they stop answering your phone calls. Their services are very poor.
