[Resolved]  Makemyhobby.com — not getting refund

I made an order on 22 july with order no. 225123 of rs 1131. On 3rd August my order get cancelled by them and they asked me to send my bank details and they will refund the amount after that i sent everything they need. After that I didn't received any money or Massage from them. I massaged them many times on there email, WhatsApp, complaint centre but there is not any response by them.
