I placed and order on 6th of September 2023 against the order ID 393444.

After the payment, I received and email which stated that the delivery will be made in 1-4 weeks time. I tried to reach out to makemyhobby team through their online complaint ticketing system, but still my complaint is open for the last 30 days.

My order status it is still showing "Processing".

I think I have been cheated as there is no way to reachout to their customer support.

Requesting you to please look into this and help me with the resolution

    This is in reference to the order No 389253 dtd 26.05.2023, till date I have not received the order and it’s has already crossed 1 & 1/2 month and no one replying the status of the order.

    Last week they have informed me that they will ship the order in last weekend but still order to be shipped and no one replying.

    You are requested to kindly intervene and resolve the issue.

      Order 369702 was ordered on 31/01/2022. It has not been delivered till now as on 12/05/2023. Had opened 2 tickets for the same which is still in open status. There has been no response on the tickets. The call button on the website does not connect. There is no number provided . There is no reply to emails. For more than 1 year the order is not delivered even though the product now shows in stock.

              I ordered live fishes worth 783 rupees. They took money online but didn't show on the order history. After sometime I came to know that these people are fraud. And many people are being scammed by them. I was shocked as they already took the money. Later they sent an email which looked weird. You can't reply back to this email either nor they have a authentic phone number. These things are enough to say they are a big fraud. They are taking money and not delivering. I am going to lodge FIR against them. They have scammed many people so this needs to end

                            I think it's a fraud site and doing the same with others. no phone number and mail id available in makemyhobby.com site.

                              I have done a order on 29th December 21, order canceled by seller on 22nd Jan 22 as they are unable to provide the same. but till 11th Feb 22 I have not received the refunds amount.

                                  Paid more that Rs. 5500 for aquarium material. After many follow ups they sent a box Tru normal post . Only some smelly (cat urine smell) sand came . Worth less then Rs.500.

                                    Order I'd:234618 ordered since sep-2019 .still not delivered.order amount 2527.00rs.when contacted on watsapp they said same will be done after COVID.then no response from makemyhobby.even when amount is paid in advance.order status still showing as processing.

                                    Seems a fraud company/website.
