Dear Sir/madam
I have made a payment of Rs.51000 (Full payment order number : TIOT[protected] to [makeO toothsi] company for my tooth aligners on 31 Oct 2023 . Just after that I get to know that they are not much helpful so I request them to cancel my plan according to there refund policy on 1 Nov 2023 for which they have created ticket [ticket Number : 00855793 ] . From 1 Nov 2023, I requested for refund it's been 29 days completed. Still they are not responding, always there support team telling simle buddy team call, but they are not giving any confirmation of my refund payment request initiated. They are telling always it's in pending for approval. They are not giving escalation matrix and contact number also. Seriously not able to understand why they are taking this much of time to initiate refund of payment Rs.51000 after I requested them too much.
Kindly please help me to get my refund payment of Rs.51000 . Its my hard earning money please help me.
