Complain regarding my refund payment from makeO toothsi

Dear Sir/madam

I have made a payment of Rs.51000 (Full payment order number : TIOT[protected] to [makeO toothsi] company for my tooth aligners on 31 Oct 2023 . Just after that I get to know that they are not much helpful so I request them to cancel my plan according to there refund policy on 1 Nov 2023 for which they have created ticket [ticket Number : 00855793 ] . From 1 Nov 2023, I requested for refund it's been 29 days...

Tooth Aligners plan cancellation and refund of EMI, stop the next EMI cutting

We chosen the plan of toothsi but now as per Doctor consultation and OPG details, now we request company to cancel the this plan.
Company did not accept our complaint and not making refund.
If I continue treatment then damage of tooth is possible.
So we are requesting to stop this plan.
