Malayala Manorama — complaint about manorama epaper (not being able to read even after the subscription amount is already deducted)

... The above is the detailed mail that is received to me consequent up on my subscription on account of manorama epaper...
... Unfortunately, though the amount has been deducted, i am unable to read the paper because as soon as i log into the site for (Down) loading the news paper a message (Pop up) is shown which reads "you are not subscribed for the edition"...!
I am surprised to see what sort of a fraudulant deal is this from a highly reputed establishment like.
... I am writing this with high hope of your viewing the matter with due seriousness and consideration..! Help!!
