Malayala Manorama — Complaint against harrasment and exploitation by newspaper agent

Respected sir/ madam,

My complaint is against one Mr. Gopalakrishnan ( newspaper agent providing us with the malayala manorama in kottuvally - kaitharam area, Ernakulam).
He frequently overcharges us ( from Rs. 20 - 60 every month as service fees Or gives any other illogical arguments for extorting) . He deliberately miscalculates the amount and demands to pay more. Even if we point out the mistake or argue with logic, this agent always raises his voice and abuse us in front of our neighbors. We are shown in a bad light even though we pay fair and behave nice. Initially we adjusted as he is a senior citizen. But the way he acts surely meant to disrespect us and the manorama newspaper generally. We can't tolerate any more of this and when asked about this, out locality also has the same thing to say about this newspaper agent as he is so problematic.
Today we argued with him and he retorted back in the most disrespect able way as possible. We doubt whether he is mentally stable.
Being a long term subscriber of malayala manorama we never before experienced anything horrendous like this . I write this with utmost anguish and expect necessary action to be taken against this newspaper agent.
Please note this incident is not to be treated random as I have heard more and more incidents from the same agent in nearby localities.
