Malayala Manorama — Newsdle complaint

In Malayala Manorama newspaper dated August-25/2022, I wrote “Card” in the fourth column of Newsdle.On August 28-2022, the correct answer was written as “Brand” - Since both of these were given as answers on the page, and both three-letter columns can be completed, both types need to be considered correctly.
Regrettably, when I contacted the handling department directly on the phone regarding this issue, I was met with an angry reply and let me down.
My sincere complaint is brought to your attention...I am a regular reader of Malayala Manorama and hope for a satisfactory reply...
