Malayala Manorama — Regarding non- receipt of Tell me why & Read and color magazine

I have paid for Tell me why for 6 months subscription for offline copies ( Rs 175/) and for Read and color for 12 months for offline copies( Rs. 165/) on dated 3 rd. September 2020 through online card payment. ( Receipt of the payment attached).
Even after waiting for more than 45 days, no copies of above magazines received. No satisfactory reply from your end when contacted telephonically to the customer care services.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
