We traveled from hyderabad to phuket on 22.12.2015 via connecting flight through kuala lumpur
1) malaysia airline mh 199 on 22.12.2015 from hyd to kul and
2) malaysia airline mh 786 on 22.12.2015 from kul to hkt
We checked in our baggage in hyderabad with bag tag no.: mh915691, to our surprise our bag was not found in phuket airport.
After searching for our bag, we lodge a pir complaint at lost and found office of phuket with complaint no: hktmh21983.
After 30 days malaysia airline offered a compensation o[censored]sd 180 wchich is not even one fourth of our losses and informed that compensation offered is as per company policy.
In order to get out of all hassle, we have forwarded claim form to malaysia airline on 22.01.2016, as informed by malaysia airline.
Even after sending repeated mail, we are getting same reply from malaysia airline that claim form is forwarded to head quarter.
We have sent more than 15 mails but received the same reply every time.
We also have given the warning mail informing that in case of no reply by 12.03.2016, we will be forced to file a complaint but again no use.
Its now 85 days for my lost luggage and 52 days from filing of claim form, we are yet to receive the payment. Was this information helpful? |
