Hi, there very sincerely writing this complaint i hope someone will read this and take some action. Hopefully.

I travelled from auckland to ahmedabad but i hade a connecting flight from kuala lumpur to delhi. My bag was mishandled somewhere between kuala lumpur to delhi. On 24/11/2017 after 2 days started to call delhi baggage department about the bag.

They started making stores your bag is in gujarat border and police is not allowing us to enter with this bags. Respected malaysian airlines staff do you actually think that customer is really dumb and they will believe your fake stories? Come on dear staff wake your sel[censored]p and do some efficient work.
