Malik Cars Service (Tata Motors) — Delay in delivery of ZEST

I have booked Tata Zest XMS petrol in Malik Cars Himayatnagar Hyderabad vide Bank Receipt no.HN/2014-15/618 on 05/09/2014 and was promised to deliver the car by the first week of October, 2014. However, upon enquiry, I was informed that the car would be delivered by Diwali which falls on 23rd October. I have already availed the car loan and sold my existing car. I didn't expect this kind of reckless behaviour from a dealer dealing in reputed Tata brand of cars.
