Mallikarjuna — delivery one envelope takes 4 days from pune to hyderabad?

Dear sir.

Why we have to go with blue dart courier paying 10 times more of money?
We expect blue dart will deliver the courier in 24 hrs from pune to hyderabd.
Your delivary people not at intrested to deliver in time and they give status report consignee is not available. But consignee 24 hrs available there.
The document is urgent if it is not delivered in time your company will be responsible for my loses.
