I ordered some items from the mobile application and prepaid the order using credit card but they cancelled it giving me the reason that they had to because of covid restrictions even though i got another product the before day. They told that refund will be done within 7-10 days but there is no further update about that and I didn't receive any refund or any response from the customer support.
