The issue 1st occured when i placed a order with mamaearth on their official website on date 28th march when i received the product out all the product 1 product which was almond beard oil was delivered expired then after raising a complain the product was taken back for exchange and when the exchanged product was sent again expired product was delivered then again after complaning they mamaearth excecutive suggested to return the product and then refund will be processed till date no refund has been credited back to me. Later again in june date 13th i had ordered few products in which again beard hair oil was odered which when was delivered was again a expired product after lodging a complaint on the complaint number the company officials instead of sloving my problems are stating y are u buying from our website instead buy our products from some other site and are not ready to exchange the product and provide a fresh new one instead of solving the problem they mama earth officials hung up the call.
Still no revert from the mamaearth officials regarding exchange of the expired product

I purchased a product from mama earth application. Today on 3rd aug 2022 i received a call from a lady who had all my order details and my name, address, phone number. She told me that I am lucky winner and mama earth will send me gift in order to have that gift i have to shop for 5000rs from mama earth and then asked me to transfer 5000rs in account number. I had recieved a call on Saturday by mama earth after i had recieved my ubtan face wash that i was one of the lucky 5 winners to recieve a gift from mama earth and told me the terms and conditions to do so and asked me to buy products worth 5000 and i will get 2000 ra cashback within 24 hours and then gave me a choice out of five things to choose from as a gift and i chose an Lg refrigerator and they later asked me to just pay for GST which...

I have buy facewash for the daily use, but after the use of some days I noticed my skin getting dull and damaged.
Same with the dark Circle cream, I have use it for my light circles but cream make it darker. It's working in opposite way.
Totally useless product.
What they promised doesn't delivered and also created issue with damaging user skin

First of all I ordered some items from mamaearth application and some time after I cancelled my order due to some reason. It was my prepaid order. Mamaearth sent me message that refund is done but I have not recieve my refund.

I ordered 3 products from Mama earth on 8 April. My order id is #[protected]. It was an prepaid order and was supposed to be delivered on 12 April. Its been 5 more days from the delivery date. I haven't received my order yet. I have ordered shampoo, oil and face wash these all are essential items anyone would want these kind of items to be delivered on time.
I tried to call on their customer care number but either its busy or they are closed for some reasons.

I wasn't expecting this kind of behavior from Mama earth. Its very disappointing.

Please solve my issue ASAP.

Anuradha this side, i placed a order on mama earth app, order placed on 8thjan2022, but still i have not received and which tracking id mentioned thats not showing any update, please help me out asap seriously i am very disappointed as a 10 days are passed but no any outcome by you side

I have started using mamaearth products a while ago and is very upset with the quality. Due to the already mentioned warning about allergies I even did a patch test, looks like the product is actually bad to the skin and there's no reason of allergies existing. My face clearly never had severe acne before using mama earth products. I regret buying all those products, I wonder how can natural products affect skin this much. I need my refund and please take away the products if they want it, you can even test it, the quality or something else. I definitely know that mamaearth products has ruined my face. I need only the refund money not even for the skin damage. I wish I would have never bought those products or I say patch test them for days instead of a day.

I started using mama earth onion shampoo for reducing hairfall but instead of reducing hairfall it started increasing it makes my hair sticky and tuff to comb I hate this product 😡😡😡 worst product ever used...

I ordered some items from the mobile application and prepaid the order using credit card but they cancelled it giving me the reason that they had to because of covid restrictions even though i got another product the before day. They told that refund will be done within 7-10 days but there is no further update about that and I didn't receive any refund or any response from the customer support. I regret prepaid transaction for this.
