I have placed an order with you on 26th aug and initially the estimated delivery date was shown on your website as 30th aug... And since then every day the counter gets increased by 1 day.
I called up your customer care number no 4th sept after waiting for some extra days considering there might be technical/logistic issues. The gentlemen over the phone confirmed that order will be delivered by 7th sept. Thought at that point as well your site was showing 5th sept (Increment of 1 day... May be that's how its coded at backend 😉).
Such long super extended delayed service is not acceptable. Moreover, you are not notifying customer by yourself sending out push notifications either as sms or via email and when customer calls up and ask you provide false information/commitment dates. Was this information helpful? |
