I ordered from mamaearth website and pre-paid the order, without delivering the product they updated the status on their website as delivered.
I complained to them but still after 1 week i have't received the order or refund money for the order. They don't have any customer care number where you can call them and raise any issue, on email they just sending bot replies and their chat support is also a bot. Was this information helpful? |
