Manas Hosting — Renewal of Domain and access to control panel

We have been with Manashosting since 2005. We have faced problems every time we have to renew the domain. Now we are not able to reach Manashosting either by phone call as there is not active line and through email. We cannot afford to lose the domain. Either we have to renew with this fraud company or get it transferred to another reliable company. We are sick and tired of this company. Just do not know how to resolve this. There should be a way to claim compensation for the financial loss we have undergone. If the domain problem and email is not resolved within 3 days, I am going to ask my lawyer to sue this company for compensation
