Manepalli Sai Prasad — Accumulation of drain water in vacant site

I, Manepalli Sai Prasad residing at 4-96/18, Gopala Krishna Nagar, Sujatha Nagar, Visakhapatnam for the last 20 years. There is a vacant site besides my residence. The drainage system of our colony is not proper. The drainage water is accumulating in the vacant site besides my residence. This causing breading of musquitoes and pigs are gathering. Please look into the issue. Anticipating early response.
