We have seen your recommendation and comments here.and we tried our best to figure out the identity of the person who posted the complaint and sort out the differences.It was with high delight to understand, there is not a single vehicle owner registered in the name of jose or jacob.and you posted the same complaint in other portal with different name.it is evident from your jester that you are not concerned about your business or money with mango cabs rather you want to show to the world that you are cheated.we can just see that only a mean way to defame the reputation of one of the fast growing taxi company in kerala.if your concern is genuine I assure you the things will be sorted out in 48 hrs amicably.for that we should know your identity and the issue held between.as of our knowledge we never over any single penny to any of our detached customers. Hope you don't forget what made you leave mango cabs.you left mango cabs for 2 days leave and never return.in the driver agreement you signed with us it is clear and evident the resignation policy.you didnt fullfill a single clause of it.also when you left you took one of our vehicle key and that you later claimed as lost.that vehicle kept idle in the garage for 25 days to get the duplicate key.and you never bothered to give an explonation for the same.we paid to the vehicle owner for the duplicate keys and for the non usage of the vehicle since mango cabs takes the responsibility for whatever the damages caused to the vehicle from our staffs. Now you only tell us who got cheated .is it you or mango cab??????????

I have attached a brand new ritz car with your company on 12 the Dec. 2015. As per the contract first payment was supposed to begin after 45 days. After much hassle I was able to get a month payment and after 4 months another half month payment. Already 7 months elapsed since the attachment Payment approximately 80000 Rs is l pending. I tried contacting Mangocabs through phone/whatsapp messages etc. more than 100 times in the past, noted that don’t bother to give any response.
During the attachment I have paid . (Rs.12000) for the GPS tracking equipment and link, which was never provided.
