Manickam Motors — sales complaint

I came from us to chennai with a dream to start my new life at my home state. First to avoid city traffic, i chose my home and kid's school close to my office. I also wanted a bike where i was interested to buy bajaj discover 125cc. My bad, i chose manickam motors, a sub-dealer who had a service center close to my office location and was ready to buy my old bike at some good deal. With these reasons, i paid the whole amount through my credit card on march 10th. Every week they used to say some reason as lorry strike, bs3 vehicles stopped, rto registrations are not happening etc. Etc. Etc.. Since 3 months they had reason which i believed as they were there. Later i realized when my other friends were able to buy bikes from other showrooms, i started having my suspect on them. I had to shout at them to deliver my bike immediately. After continuous fights every day, i just had reasons but not bike. I was pissed off with them and asked my money back. For that, they told, my cancel order is placed and once the amount is released, they will give it to me. This took another 1 month for them to give a post-dated cheque. The cheque was returned as there were no cash in their account. Again started fighting with them every week where they agreed to deposit my money in chunks. Every alternate day they promised to pay 10000 which will get my money in couple of weeks. They paid 10000 as first installment, another 10000 as second installment and 4k as third installment in 3 weeks. Later, they stopped even that. Now it is being 5 months and still they dont pay my balance money. Since somehow i have to get my money, i requested them to pay atleast 2000 every alternate day which they agreed. But they are paying only 2000 every week. Do you still choose manickam motors after reading my story?
