I had bought this app for 45k for which I had paid initialamountvof 5k and rest 40k I had agreed to pay in 12 EMIof Rs.3333/- but I didnot like that app and applied for cancellation within 15days and that time there executives offered me a discount and informed me to pay only 28k. But as the EMI was fixed for Rs.3333/- they told me that after 9 months of payment they shall refund the excess amount of 1997 to me back ( 3333 * 9 = Rs. 29997/-) .

My 9 months of EMI ended on Feb 2021 but in March also they tried to deduct amount and as I had not kept enough cash in that account the cheque bounced. So from theirfinance team executives called me. I showed the communication I recd from byjus but they were not accepting it. Due to their internal mismanagement their data were not updated and some of their executives were so harsh to me that the verbally abused me and talked in very harsh way. Later on after 15 to 20 days of many mails and calls to different departments and at last when I threatened them to take legal way they stopped calling but I have still not received my refund.

For refund also I have written mails and made many calls to them Once they took my account number and ifsc code and told that they shall refund it that week but I have not yet received any amount I have written mails to them after that also but now they font even reply to my mails.

Their finance team is very poor with no record management and have no general ethics to behave with others. Kindly help me to get my compensation

    Bike having some sensor issue from two Today's I'm visiting service center they r saying wait for ten days parts are not available and most of the bikes same issue..and they are not providing alternative vehicles also if problem is manufacturing defect company side then y customers has to suffer already 6 vehicles are facing same problem there in that service center i[censored] not solve my problem in next two days I'm gonna file a FIR ON bajaj...

    I called bjaj agency for the first 2-3 times phone was busy then I tried again it rang for sometimes, someone on the other side recieve the call and then without listening my issues they cut the call and again line becomes busy. After calling 2-3 times again they recieve the call and when I asked my query instead of giving the answer they cut the call again.
    Please look into the matter they are spoiling the name of a company and giving bad reputation in the name of company.

      I buy a bike bajaj pulsar from kalna at 26/06/2020 but the dealer register it on 01/03/2019 at arunachal pradesh he had cheted with me as well as the government the rto officer joy should be cancelled who had done this

        I am complain against R K Bajaj automobile service, I ordered 1 month ago parts like chain slider, oil seal, chain sprocket, chain sprocket bearing, engine guard, fender, CRANCKAGE etc, but till now no service provided by R K automobile, kharagpur branch.i visited last week and service provide told me come next Monday ur parts will be available, but today I absent my work and go only for servicing, but again and again parts not available and also service provider not inform me that your parts not available before I go.I asking your company will pay for a day salary for my absent!!! No at all?? I know..why are you harrase people like this.if your service worst and parts are not available after 1month also then why are you selling bike's.i requesting you BAJAJ AUTOMOBILE to resolve my problem.and also asking you are you able to pay middle class family work absent payout!!!????

          Auto driver was demanding extra fare and was talking in very rude and abusive manner and also was trying to do misbehave and Mischeavous behaviour with female passenger. This act happened at IT Park Indore on 07 august 2022 at 12.30 pm

            I bought pulsar 150 DTS-I bike in mid of 2018.
            Today I went for start bike and it did not start.
            So I want to know the reason that the bike is still four years old then why it is not running smoothly. And i faced this problem has occurred twice in four years.
            I want to know why this problem occurs even though the bike is serviced on time
            Please give me solution ASAP.

              I have a new Bajaj Platina bike when I bring the bike that days I ask Bajaj Service Centre Jaisalmer my bike is a problem then he ask me we change the bike tyre in tyre problem that's why your bike is problem then I was say yes I change my tyre after bike same problem after he change my bike wheel and too many parts change without my permission and without job card opened I always say please open my bike job card but he didn't open the job...

              For repair work.
              Worst response from The workers n
              Even Mechanics doesn’t know What is problem
              With the bike
              They know only minor works
              They showing weekly new problems and again they say it takes time since 3 weeks I’m getting same answers from them.

                My bike was service at 07/07/2022 at roha gyan bajaj service centre. But i was facing problem regarding oil sensor issue and oil burn issue. When bike run for 2-3 km then that problem was showing in display. I personally visited that showroom from last 23 days regarding that problem. But still they can't help me.                 I had my second service of my Bajaj pulsar ns 125 in a authorised showroom in vasai the bike was absolutely good till then, , after the service i started facing some issues exactly day after the surviceing the compressor got weak and the bike stopped working on middle of the road I went to the service centre and explained the problem and even said that the bikes pickup has been reduced they said that your bike need to be updated the guy said that this is what you get in 125cc bike exactly after 4 day the clutch plate got very weak know those people are asking for Rs.3, 000/- for repair and saying that there is no warranty of any such part...

                  I got service of my byke bajaj avenger 180, after servicing he made a bill within only 1 hour, bill was manual and computerised both, billing amount is more than MRP, time of servicing was only 6 hour, I reached at 10AM and got a bill after 4 PM.

                    Hello Bajaj autos,

                    After having alot of patience, i am tired of the services that i have received. Within a month i took my bike self through any possible i can and paid almost 3 to 4000 just to take my bike to the service station. Everytime after they give me bike it was the same issue i lost my control now for having same issues multiple times 6 times visited service no resolution given
