Manipal had such a good name and d service was so good but nw d hospital is utter worst. They lost being a human! There is n kindness towards the patients and no proper response, no proper service. I had visited Manipal Old Airport Road Bangalore, I visited for HSG test.I went to the fluoroscopy room.Dey have done all d procedure before the x-ray.in the middle of the test, the machine got repaired.Being such a big hospital which had a good name there is no alternative machine to do the test! They let me be in the room with all teh machine on for 30 mins, bt the pain for huge, hw can someone be in pain and they start repairing the machine when d patient was on the test process. Again technician askd me to wait for sometime, I waited patiently for 2 hours being in pain! Dey asked me to come for next month again and take the same pain. It's a one time test but dey hav to do it within one go!When we asked about the mistake which they have done, a famous doc come Hod of radiology came into picture, they asked me to get out and they will call the security to throw us out!He is unfit to a human being!When he is being a doc and he cannot understand the pain of a patient?He didn't even bother to ask what has happened and he just asked me to go out! is he the real doc?When he does not how to speak with patient he cannot be a doc!When people treat doc as their god, they are unfit to be in this profession! Such a worst experience which we had today! Being such a big hospital with a name, how I'm the universe they cannot keep the alternative machine? Was this information helpful? |
