Manipal Hospital — Complaint against Manipal TPA

Good Evening
I have a Health policy of ICICI Lombard
Policy Number : 4177i/ICICI/[protected]/00/000
I submitted the documents for the pre approval cashless claim on[protected] at Manipal Hospital Dwarka for Rajesh Kumar Mishra.
on[protected] afternoon people came and collected more documents and said by evening my claim will be approved but till now its not approved.
on[protected] people from manipal tpa desk said that it will be approved by evening but till now its not approved.
When I called the hospital they said that they submitted all the documents to ICICI Lombard.
Today Since morning i was trying to talk to the hospital tpa but he doesn't answer the calls
Manipal TPA is careless and he doesnot answer the calls
Please look into the matter pass my claim immediately
I request you to please understand my query and solve it immediately.
