Manipal Hospital — Need help for booking appointment (old airport road) to Pramod Krishnan

I want to complain the hospital staff. I have not been able to get an individual consultation with a doctor Pramod Krishnan neurologist ( old Airport road) for 1 week.

First, I signed up through the site https://www.practo.com/ for 11 Aug at 11: 15. Then the operator called me and said that she could not sign me up for this time.

After that operator called me several times and could not make an appointment for a private consultation with exactly time, every time she made mistakes.

Then on Aug 12 she called me and made an appointment for Aug 16 at 15:30.

Seeing the incompetence of the hospital's staff, I decided to double-check my record the day before the appointment.

I was told by phone number [protected] that there was no appointment and that the next slot for an individual consultation just for August 30th.

Due to the fact that due to the unprofessionalism of your employees, I cannot get to the doctor for a long time, find time for me on August 16 or 17. Nearest time. I have a big problem with health and every day my fingers oain, i can;t use my right hand properly
